All villas at Villa Inle Resort & Spa are designed to harmoniously blend in with the natural environment of the Lake. Featuring hand-selected local paintings and antiques, high wooden ceilings, and spacious living areas and bathrooms, they radiate a sensation of luxury and comfort.
Rooms include all the facilities a modern traveller expects – king size beds, air conditioning with heating facility, LCD television and WiFi access – while the lakefront balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows create a sense of intimacy with the natural environment of Inle, Myanmar. From your villa, you can watch as fishermen glide by on the lake, and flocks of migratory and local Inle birds take off from the surrounding treetops. The well-developed hotel grounds, which feature thousands of Inle native trees and plants, are framed by both the lake and the mountains of Shan State. To enhance the sense of seclusion and privacy and also reduce our hotels impact on the environment we have deliberately kept the number of rooms in the hotel to a minimum.

About Inle Lake:
Inle Lake is located in the mountains of southern Shan State, at more than 1000 metres above sea level. Both a natural and cultural attraction, the lake is serviced by Heho airport, just an hour flight from Yangon. Inle Lake can be visited all year round but overnight temperatures can fall below 10 degrees Celsius from December to February. The Inle region is home to a diverse range of ethnic groups of Myanmar, including the Inntha, Shan, Pa-O and Danu.

Villa Inle Resort & Spa has been developed by a group of Myanmar Hotel owners with extensive experience in the tourism industry. We also operate boutique hotels at Bagan and Ngapali Beach. We design our hotels so as to keep the impact on the environment at Inle Lake to a minimum, and are also engaging in re-forestation activities in Inle area with the Ministry of Forestry and local communities
